We are not in a race to list thousands of hotels at www.itravelindonesia.com
None of
these hotels pay to be listed on our website. Consequently,
our editors have made it clear that our reviews are Completely
independent and honest.
These independent
hotel reviews show warts and all.
You will
not find uniformly glowing reports, as you would find in other
popular websites.
We tell
it like it is. Our reviewers have visited every hotel on offer,
some openly, and many under guise.
At least
8 of our intended partnership hotels have opted out, being dissatisfied
with our review. Well, if they were not willing to let
us be honest, we have no business recommending them to you anyway!
WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?
THERE IS
NO CHARGE AND NO BOOKING FEE FOR BOOKING HOTELS AND ACTIVITIES
The special
internet rate includes room, breakfast, government tax and all
service charges, unless otherwise specified.
Generally,
a child under 12 years old sharing a room stays free.
Be sure
to check the individual hotel web page for any additional charges.
If you
are traveling alone, you will pay the same rate and generally
no deductions are made for single breakfasts or breakfasts
unused.
HOW DO I RESERVE A HOTEL ROOM OR ACTIVITY?
Making an
online reservation is easy.
Fill in
the booking form and press SEND.
Once our
system has received your form, we will immediately send you
an automated reply acknowledging that we have received
your booking.
All information
is ENCRYPTED and SECURE.
NO DEDUCTION
is made at this stage.
Our system
then checks our database to place your booking with your choice
hotel.
Once the
Hotel has confirmed your booking, we will send you an email
confirming your room availability. In some cases, this is
instant as many of our Hotels have set aside rooms for us.
You will
receive an email with a PayPal button. Pay through any of the
options available using credit, charge, cash or PayPal account.
At no time is your credit card details revealed to us. There
is NO BOOKING FEE.
You will
then receive your confirmation email.
DOWNLOAD
THE ATTACHED VOUCHER.
PRESENT
THE VOUCHER TO THE HOTEL ON CHECK IN.
Simple.
HOW DO I PAY?
We
use the PayPal system.
We accept Visa and Mastercard issued by Banks worldwide.
These may be credit or debit cards.
You can also choose to pay with your PayPal account or pay through
a Bank transfer to a PayPal account. At no time is our informed of your credit card details, which remains secret, private
and confidential.
In the event of a problem with your card, we will send you an
email informing you of the problem and invite you to check your
details or resend PayPal new credit card details for payment.
Your credit or debit card will be charged only when you are sent
the email confirming that your room is available.
If your card is declined, it may be due to:
The card expiry date exceeding the date of booking,
Reaching your credit limit, or
A glitch in the system.
HOW SURE AM I THAT I WILL GET A ROOM FOR A PARTICULAR DATE
Experience
tells us that you will get a successful booking so long as you
book 7 days in advance. Except for super high seasons
in Bali (Christmas and New Year), most of our guests do get
their booking fulfilled. Other peak periods include weekends
in Bandung and Pangandaran.
In the
unlikely event that our system cannot accommodate you, we will
recommend a similar hotel in that price range.
We will
proceed to book the alternative hotel if, and only if, you authorize
us to do so.
All bookings
of check in less than 24 hours, are handled by our specially
trained staff that will do their best to serve you.
Many of
our Hotels have also set aside rooms for our guests. This allows
us to almost instantly confirm your booking.
