RESERVATIONS

All reservations will be proceeding if you fill completely the Reservation Form (make sure that you have given us your e-mail address and a valid credit card). All rate is quoted in US Dollar (US$). However, all transaction will be converted into Rupiah (IDR) and exchange rate based on the time of transaction.

As soon as we receive your request, we will contact your chosen hotel to confirm the reservation. Your reservation will be replied via e-mail within 24 hours (this time may be longer during high season, weekends, festival periods or special events).

The room rate displayed on the Website is a combination of the pre-negotiated room rate for rooms reserved on your behalf by PT. Itrip Indonesia and the facilitation fee retained by PT. Itrip Indonesia to compensate us for our services. You authorize PT. Itrip Indonesia to book reservations for the total reservation price, which includes the room rate displayed on the Website, plus tax recovery charges, and service fees. You agree that your credit card will be charged by PT. Itrip Indonesia for the total reservation price. Upon submitting your reservation request you authorize PT. Itrip Indonesia to facilitate hotel reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with hotel suppliers.

All flight reservations will be made as soon as practicable. All tickets are subject to availability. We do not guarantee securing tickets due to late payment by you. In such event, your money will be returned to your account less transfer and exchange rate losses. We will not charge our standard booking fee of USD 12. Our prices do not include airport taxes. Domestic tickets are non refundable and non rerouteable. In event of flight cancellation or delay, we will use our best endeavors to contact you and lease with the airlines for an airline refund, if the airline is refunding one.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

The cancellation fee will not be charged by http://www.itravelindonesia.com.However cancellation fees might be charged by other contractors such as Hotel, Transportation and other arranger with whom agreement have been made and for such condition that may occur, these fees will be charged to you. No refunds will be made if a booking should be only partly utilized, Breakfast and / or other added values are not taken, or if other services booked are not utilized. No refunds for all reservation, which are cancelled within 14 Days prior arrival (Low Season) and 30 Days prior to arrival (High/Peak season). You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur. In limited cases, some hotels do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to your prepaid hotel reservations.PT Trip Indonesia will not be responsible for any losses resulting from delayed flights, missed connections or flight cancellations. PT Itrip Indonesia will use our best endeavors to claim any refunds for you. All bank and other charges shall be borne by you.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

PT. Itrip Indonesia expressly disclaims to the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied. PT. Itrip Indonesia disclaims all responsibility for any loss, claim, liability or damage of any kind resulting from and arising out of the use of this website. Notwithstanding any damages that might incur for any reason whatsoever, the entire liability of PT. Itrip Indonesia and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to U.S.$5.00. To the extent allowed by Indonesian law, you agree that you will bring any claim or cause of action arising from or relating to your access or use of this Website within one (1) year from the date on which such claim or action arose or accrued or such claim or cause of action will be irrevocably waived. The foregoing limitations, exclusions and disclaimers shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, even if any remedy fails its essential purpose. THE PARTIES AGREE TO SUBMIT ANY DISPUTE TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF INDONESIAN COURT.

INDENMIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify the PT. Itrip Indonesia Companies, the PT. Itrip Indonesia Affiliates, and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:
(a) your breach of this Agreement or the documents referenced herein;
(b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
(c) your use of this Website.
